This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for any course or training program offered by Learning Library.


Course Enrollment Policy

By enrolling in any course offered by Learning Library, students agree to our terms regarding course access, training delivery, and refund conditions.

Our courses are designed to provide practical training in AI-powered digital marketing, SEO strategies, social media marketing, and website development, along with guidance and career support. Once a student enrolls in a program, resources such as course materials, training sessions, and mentorship access are reserved for that student.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances and within a limited time period after enrollment.

Students may request a refund if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of enrollment, and

  • The student has not attended more than one class/session, and

  • No course materials or digital resources have been fully accessed or downloaded.

If these conditions are met, Learning Library may review the request and process an eligible refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If more than 48 hours have passed after enrollment

  • If the student has attended multiple training sessions

  • If course materials, recorded sessions, or digital resources have already been accessed

  • If the student decides to discontinue the course voluntarily after starting

  • If the course includes discounted offers, promotional offers, or special workshop pricing

Because course seats, trainer time, and resources are reserved in advance, such enrollments are considered non-refundable once the course has started.


Course Transfer Option

Instead of requesting a refund, students may request a course transfer or batch change depending on availability.

For example, students may be allowed to:

  • Shift to another batch

  • Switch to an online session (if available)

  • Continue the course at a later date

This flexibility helps ensure that students can complete their AI, SEO, or digital marketing training without losing their enrollment benefits.


Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please note that payment gateway or bank processing times may vary depending on the payment method used during enrollment.


Workshop and Short Programs

For workshops, bootcamps, seminars, or short-duration training programs, refunds are generally not applicable, as seats are limited and reserved in advance.

Participants are encouraged to confirm their availability before registering for such events.


Changes to Courses or Policies

Learning Library reserves the right to update course structures, training schedules, trainers, or policies whenever necessary to improve learning quality and student experience.

Any such updates will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
